MIA Program Book  - Bldg. 702 Cargo Conversion

This planning project will develop a program book to reconfigure the "belly cargo" building 702 into a freight cargo building (plane parking).  Option 1 will plan for Group IV (767 planes).  Option 2 will plan for Group VI (747-8) planes.  An additional 33,000 sf of cargo building with roof parking will be added to the north side of Bldg 702. This project also includes demolition of the north portion of Bldg 704 for taxilane access to Bldg 702, relocation of the chiller plant for Bldg's 700, 701, and 702, and the relocation of a fuel tending facility.

Jackson  Health  Service

West Hospital (Doral)  This design project lead by the Perkins + Will team is for a new Jackson Health Service, hospital, medical building, and parking garage within the City of Doral.  CWI is providing the drainage design and permitting, FEMA CLOMR, lake design, wetland and USACE permitting, traffic engineering and offsite roadway improvements.

Miami Dade College

Medical Campus

This design / build project, lead by the Haskell, is currently under design and will construct a new parking garage at NW 20 Street and NW 10 Avenue for the Miami Dade College Medical Campus.  CWI is the site civil engineering firm for this project.

HOK Humana Medical Centers
Little Havana

This design project is lead by HOK and will construct a Medical Building at SW 12 Avenue and SW 1 Street, within the City of Miami.  CWI is the site civil engineering firm for this project. 

Westchester

This design project is lead by HOK and will construct a Medical Building at Coral Way and SW 84 Avenue.  CWI is the site civil engineering firm for this project.

West Avenue

Miami Beach

This Design/Build project by the Ric-Man / CES team will reconstruct West Ave from 8th St. to 17th St., in accordance with the City of Miami Beach Resiliency Program.  Included in this project are roadway reconstruction, new drainage and pump station, new bay walk, pedestrian bridge landing for Dade Canal, new watermains, sanitary laterals, signals and lighting.  CWI is providing signing and marking, signal, lighting, and traffic control design services as well as assistance with City of Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County and FDOT permits.

Palmetto Bay Drainage Improvements

CWI, a Village of Palmetto Bay Civil Engineering Consultant, was tasked with the design, permitting, bidding assistance, and construction administration services for drainage improvements for seven (7) locations within the Village of Palmetto Bay.
